John OHare Love this gym ... staff are friendly, equipment is absolutely top notch and I really like the way the gym is separated into consecutive rooms of cardio machines, cable machines, and free weights / bench / press with studios upstairs. Its a great set-up, and NO annoying music. I didnt have classes in my 2 week visitors membership, but was very impressed with the Neo-Tokyo neon spin room. I got in 6 great workouts over my 2 weeks in town and loved it. Ill definitely be signing up again to keep the middle-aged-man-ceps happy next time Im in the UK to visit my Mum. Thanks to all the staff & fellow fitness fans at 5 Star for being awesome.

Kris Dale It doesnt matter if you want to get in shape, continue on your fitness journey or educate yourself further, The Fitbox has it all. Paul isnt just a great instructor he is also a great teacher!! Would highly recommend to anyone. There is no place like The Fitbox.

abby stangroom I have recently started pilates with Trudi and it is something i look forward to each week, after every session i feel so good within myself. The sessions are fun and so good to feel the burn, you definitely feel it the next day! Trudi is a great teacher and so motivating, I can’t wait to get started with the Monday sessions again!

Roy Harrington We have recently joined East Park Gym and found the staff/coaches/crew to be friendly and welcoming. The choice of kit in the various areas is fantastic and we have enjoyed the coached Classes which have been both supportive and educational Thank you !

Farah Hanes Excellent place for training! The instructors are highly skilled and passionate, they do an amazing job with the kids. The classes are well-structured and I can really tell that the kids enjoy them! Theres definitely a great balance of technique, discipline, and fun. So glad I enrolled my daughter here!
