Nicola I Great gym. Real community feel and lovely staff. Not the biggest gym but has enough equipment for a proper work out and lots of classes/sports opportunities.

Duniya Okada I recommend this class 110%! Claire, is a highly skilled and professional instructor. She always checks if your form is correct in each exercise. The classes are fun but also challenging so I made significant progress in my strength, flexibility and cardio in just 4 weeks. I had many injuries before joining the class and Claire has worked with me to make sure I can carry on improving my fitness without overloading too quickly. Sign up, it’s a great fun class that gets results!

Georgia Gibbs Kevin is a great pt/trainer. Each session is enjoyable and he makes sure to show you what you need to do and support on form/activities he is asking so that you do it correct, and importantly for me I feel comfortable! He pushes me to work hard and supports getting through the work out even when I feel like I can’t. I Would recommend him if you need support/confidence boost in the gym!

Cecily Morley Love this studio! Moved to London a few weeks ago and have been trying out various classes here - specifically yoga, Pilates, barre, and body burn and they’ve all been 10/10. Experienced teachers who are also just very nice humans. The studio setting itself is really nice, in one of the railway arches of the station (bit of traffic noise sometimes but that’s just London). The only thing that could improve the studio is more of a community feel as class attendees don’t tend to be very social (though the instructors always make an effort so thank you for that!

keith russell Having just renewed my annual membership for this pool today, it seemed a good time to acknowledge what a truly Talented Team Community they have. A Very friendly warm welcome at Reception for my first swim years back made me commit then to an annual membership. The same welcome very much features in 2025. This complete with Vigilant, helpful Lifeguards and their Seniors, The Swimming Teachers, A great housekeeper, and all the behind the scenes Management team. Its a fun place to come. Im a lanes swimmer each weekday morning. There are so many other great locals of all abilities that come together then, with our "Tribe" gaining new members all the time. Thank You to ALL

Amin Mohammed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed my experience at E1 CrossFit! Ryan, was amazing, he really helped me with Olympic lifting, which I’ve always wanted to learn. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great place to go if you’re looking for a proper workout and want to meet a great bunch of people. Highly recommend!
