Bootcamp SE16 -
Kim Tolkien I’ve been going to Bootcamp SE16 for 9 months now, after an injury stopped me running and I needed to start doing some other form of regular exercise. It’s been exactly what I needed! The trainers are engaging and make it fun, the sessions are convenient and easy to fit around my schedule, and I’ve stuck to it consistently the whole time. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely supportive. I’ve now started running again alongside my Bootcamp training, and my injury has got so much better - which I believe is down to finally having a consistent strength training routine with Bootcamp SE16. I can’t imagine not having my Bootcamp sessions in my routine now!
