Natalie Ibbott The gym has excellent equipment and outstanding personal trainers. Hudson is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve trained with quite a few. His attention to detail during each session, the variety in his programming, and his diligence are second to none. I learned an incredible amount while training with Hudson, and I still apply what he taught me to my workouts today. If you’re looking for a PT who delivers real results, I highly recommend Hudson.

Master Colin is not only a highly skilled martial artist, but also a fantastic teacher who knows exactly how to bring out the best in his students. His professionalism and dedication shine through in every lesson. What makes him stand out even more is his deep knowledge of the sport – as a Taekwondo judge, he understands the discipline inside and out, and he passes that knowledge on with patience and clarity. My daughter has grown so much in confidence, discipline and skill since joining. Definitely recommend the club!

Ben Blume Ive been training with Max weekly for close to two years, and have thoroughly enjoyed every session. Max is always high energy, encouraging and motivating, and is great at pushing me so I keep seeing progress, whilst adapting our routine when needed (e.g. to support recovery when I broke my foot last year). Ive seen great progress over the time weve been training, and Max has also helped with devising home routines and has been knowledgable on other related topics like diet and posture at work. Thanks!

Norman Jonas JANET. SMALL MOVEMENTS ARE MEANINGFUL Learning to feel my body and understand more about its anatomy has helped me to improve my movement in the activities I enjoy, such as cycling, walking, and gardening. I realise that seemingly small movements can in fact impact my whole posture, and that I can do a lot to help myself by using some of the Franklin “tools”, such as imagery, and self touch plus some easy anatomy know how.

Christopher Stansbury Great pool, great staff and great cafe! Gym is small and personal and normally very quiet. Downstairs dry changing is better than wet change for gym.
