Helen Ahlheid I love the way that Linda runs three online classes each week - so it is easy for it to become a regular, frequent habit. Linda teaches us how to incorporate the movements into our daily lives so that it quickly becomes a way of life. What’s more, Linda makes it fun and interesting so you don’t even notice that you are working hard! I have realised how all my niggly pains and issues are all linked to poor posture or weak muscles in the wrong place and tension build up and I now feel empowered that I have the knowledge and ability to make the easy changes to set me up for a yoga-based positive future! From her videos about various aspects of midlife (eg nutrition, HRT, what is peri-menopause?) coupled with her regular classes I have already seen some changes - if only I’d found Linda years ago!! Totally recommend.
