Jane Luby This gym is excellent value for money in my view and is really inclusive. I go to the classes solely so cannot comment on the gym equipment. Yes it could do with better maintenance and cleaning but some of the fitness instructors are excellent, and it is a really friendly place where you feel welcome whatever your fitness level. Maybe give it a try - you do not need to commit to a years contract like some of the more expensive gyms.

pd teacher Shenda is an excellent personal trainer! I started doing one-to-one Pilates in her home gym space, but gradually began building more PT strength work in. You will feel fitter and stronger after training with Shenda, but more importantly you will come away feeling good about yourself! Highly recommended.

Suz Classes here are great, always feel sore after especially with the glutes class. Would love to see more sessions in the future as I’d definitely attend!

It’s incredibly clean – something that really stands out every time I visit. The space is large and well laid out, with plenty of equipment available, so I never have to wait around. The swimming pool and steam room are definite highlights and a great way to unwind after a session. The atmosphere is friendly, with welcoming members and staff who are always helpful and approachable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming gym!

Patrycja Sliwka-Rodriguez Amazing place and best staff ever! There is big selection of classes and instructors are great! Gym is very clean, you will never need to wait to use the machines. Pool is first class, beautiful and peaceful, perfect place to relax. And of course location couldnt be better, with the view of London Eye! Love this place!
