5 /5 Stasia: Love this place. Such a great spot for both movement and recovery. The Pilates classes are amazing, challenging but still welcoming for all levels. And the red light therapy is a total game-changer for muscle recovery and overall wellness. Feels so good every time I leave.

5 /5 Jo Robinson: I absolutely love this place, it’s the best gym experience on the market. Esher is so lucky to have this here! Every day you can do something different (cardio, strength, classes etc.) which keeps it interesting & challenging. The equipment is so progressive, I love that you can do quick workouts on the biohacking machines to fit round your day. The additional recovery treatments (sauna, infra red, leggings etc.) really set FIT apart, it’s like having your own spa! And I have to mention how great the people are, such a friendly supportive team! Huge well done & thank you to Max and everyone involved for bringing FIT to Esher.

After fracturing my shoulder earlier this year, I never thought I’d regain full movement but with Glenn’s expertise, patience, and encouragement, my shoulder and arm now feel strong and free again. He created custom exercises tailored to my recovery, which made all the difference. I’m so grateful for his guidance and support through every step of the journey. Highly recommend!

Swati Mahesh Thakur I started training with Nathan in 2016. Nathan helped me from zero strength to stronger one. He designed exercise schedule for me which always challenged me and encouraged me to give my best. I enjoyed the training with Nathan for 5 years. I took a break and rejoined Nathan at his own studio in 2025. I didn’t even think about anyone else than Nathan when I decided to begin strength training. Even during the break Nathan was always a call away and kindly helped me whenever I needed his help. I am enjoying training with Nathan at his new brand studio equipped with different machines to help train different muscles. Nathan is very systematic with scheduling the sessions , explaining smallest details and keeping a close eye on technique and posture. NG app helps track the meals , portions , weight and other activities which provides a good understanding in total. Nathan’s unconditional support has surely boosted my confidence and physical strength. Thank you so much Nathan for your support and encouragement.
