1 /5 Yana Galyaminskaya: My experience with Therapie Clinic has been the worst I’ve ever had.
I had been a long-term client and purchased two packages: Full Body and Full Face.
Later, it turned out that laser hair removal on my face was ineffective and even contraindicated due to the type of hair I have. This was confirmed by other staff members — but only after I had already completed several sessions and paid in full.
I contacted them multiple times requesting a price adjustment, since I was not receiving the treatment I was sold.
What did I get in return?
— Copy-paste responses with no real engagement
— My emails were ignored
— Eventually, I was refunded only for the Full Face package, while the Full Body package — where the real issue lies — was never addressed.
As of writing this:
• The refund they promised has not been received
• I’ve had no response for over a week — my emails are being ignored
• My request to escalate the case to a senior member of staff has also been ignored
I have all the emails, documents, confirmations, and screenshots.
If this is not resolved, I am prepared to file a formal complaint through Trading Standards and other regulatory channels.
Avoid this place.
It may look professional on the outside, but inside it’s nothing but poor service, unqualified staff, lack of accountability, and total disrespect for clients.
It’s a money-making operation — nothing more.
One more frustrating thing: you can’t choose your therapist.
Every time it’s someone new, with zero consistency.
Appointments are constantly delayed, and yet they call you exactly at 5:00 PM asking “Where are you?” even if you’re literally standing at reception.
Easily the most exhausting and absurd client experience I’ve ever had.

Adding clarification regarding the clinic’s response to my review. Unfortunately, Google Maps does not allow attaching screenshots here. This is a warning to potential clients: stay away from this company.
The response I received from the clinic’s staff member is one of the worst I’ve ever seen when filing a complaint. It’s entirely generic, formal, and doesn’t offer a single concrete step or solution — despite the issue having persisted since November 21. Today is December 17.
After a full month, the White City branch staff still haven’t provided me with contact details for management, despitmultipe direct requests.
If you do have a direct contact for the Therapie Head Office, I would sincerely appreciate it. If not, I will simply escalate this matter to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, as further communication with your clinic is no longer possible.
