1 /5 yole jones: NAILS RUINED! VICTORIA SALON – NOT WORTH IT Nails have broken off and cuticles look butchered! Checked in and was left waiting and no one offered to take my coat until I asked. The manager did my nails and was unfriendly throughout, which made the whole appointment feel uncomfortable — especially since she seemed noticeably warmer with white clients. I asked her not to use the machine to remove the BIAB gel but she insisted and now my nails have all broken to the bed. Not an elevated experience at all. colour options didn’t match the look book, so I had to choose something else. I opted for regular polish and asked about drying, but was told there was no option. Even when a colleague suggested a solution, the manager ignored it. Overall, nothing special about the service, definitely not worth the price or the hype. SAVE YOUR MONEY for a place that actually feels welcoming , understand customers’ needs and values all types of customers.

4 /5 Elif: It’s been two weeks since I got my nails done by Seoi and they’re holding up incredible despite me putting them through the wringer and breaking the ring finger a little bit. My nail tech was very professional and we had a lovely chat during the appointment! I got the full set gel extensions and french finish as an add on coming to a total of £126 which is abysmal even for London standards and you can definitely find somewhere just as good for cheaper. Imo finding a trusted nail tech is more important so will definitely be back. If you’ve had a bad experience with townhouse before and want to give it another try ask for Seoi

5 /5 Faith Hewitt: Had such a brilliant gel manicure with Kherisha. Firstly, what a lovely woman! Pulled off the most beautiful subtle nail art and made me love my nails again despite having eczema. Kherisha was knowledgable around all things nail health and products and I will absolutely be booking her again. Now I’m off to enjoy looking at my gorgeous nails!!
