5 /5 Alexandra Ross: I’ve just finished a course of 8 sessions of laser hair removal here (using the Candela Alexandrite and YAG laser.) I’m so impressed with the results! I have pale skin and dark hair, and the reduction has been incredible – my legs and underarms are virtually hair-free, and there’s been a big improvement in my bikini area too.
I have PCOS and was a bit nervous at first, but Mariuxi and Saskia were amazing throughout. Mariuxi did my initial consultation and was so knowledgeable, which is why I decided to go with the clinic. She explained everything clearly and honestly. There wasn’t a hard sell which I’d experienced during consultations at other places. Just genuine care and expertise. I’d spoken to other clinics (like Therapie and Every Skin) before, but they didn’t give me the same confidence.
Both Mariuxi and Saskia were lovely at every appointment: professional, friendly and reassuring. Mariuxi especially has a real knack for making it as painless as possible. I also really appreciated that getting treated at Tu meant I only ever saw one of them each time, so the treatment felt really consistent and personal. I think that contributed a lot to the good result I’ve had.
I’d have no hesitation recommending them to anyone thinking about laser hair removal. Great results, great value, brilliant service, lovely people!
