1 /5 Farnaz Ebrahimi: I had the worst experience at this nail salon and feel compelled to warn others about their unethical and unprofessional behavior. I went in with a specific nail design in mind, showed them the design, and a man there assured me, “I’ll try to make it look like this.” While I had some doubts, I decided to trust him. That was my first mistake.
As he started working, he used the drill on my nail with such force that I literally cried out in pain. Instead of stopping or apologizing, he proceeded to do the same thing to another finger! I don’t know why I stayed patient, but I didn’t want to cause a scene since my child was with me. Eventually, he stopped and called over a colleague to look at his work. His colleague bluntly said, “No, this can’t be done.”
The colleague then offered to do the rest of my nails and told me to come back in two days to fix the damaged nail. At that point, I had had enough. I looked at them in disbelief, got up, and told them to just finish what they were doing. Not once did they apologize or offer any discount for their horrible service. Their attitude was dismissive and completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the damage they caused has left me with an infection in one of my nails. I’m in severe pain and now have to take painkillers to manage it.
This salon is dangerous and staffed by untrained, careless individuals who clearly have no regard for their customers’ safety or satisfaction. Avoid this place at all costs! If you value your health and well-being, find a reputable salon instead.
