They do their best to meet the needs of each family and have helped us find a slot and some regularity that works for us. 5 /5 Loz Lotz: Swim Plus have been brilliant for my daughter gaining confidence in the water. When she first started, she was incredibly nervous and most lessons would be full of tears. 2 years on, she is working towards completing stage 4, and genuinely looks forward to her lessons. The key to her progress is undoubtedly the staff. They have all taken time to get to know my daughter and how she best responds to tuition so that she makes steps towards becoming an established swimmer every week. As a child who initially spent most of her lesson crying, she now confidently volunteers to try new skills and is thriving in the water. The staff are also very responsive to concerns, feedback and any queries and it really helps me feel like we can work collaboratively to get the best learning possible for my daughter. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for swimming lessons for their child in the Enfield area.
