1 /5 Anto Roshan: I had there keratin treatment 4 weeks ago, my hair started to falling after two days . It’s totally damaged . They are using cheap products and they didn’t wash my hair after applied the product, they start using iron while I have chemical on my hair. While doing that they were so frustrated and keep on saying your hair is long and thick. And I also got reaction to their chemical . They didn’t even try allergic test before they put that cheap product on my head. For small things like eyebrows, waxing you can approach them , but don’t trust them for big treatments like this. My hair got really damaged now. And waste of money. Don’t believe their website words. Website says one thing but they are charging different.

The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The stylist ( Apu) took the time to understand my hair type and explained the process thoroughly.The treatment itself was fantastic. My hair now feels incredibly smooth, frizz-free, and much easier to manage. The results exceeded my expectations, and I’ve received numerous compliments on how healthy and shiny my hair looks. I highly recommend suravi for anyone considering a keratin treatment.

2 /5 Hana Khatib: Been coming here for a good 10 years (on and off due to studies/work and moving around etc) and has always been amazing. However, for the past year there has been a change in staff and the quality of eyebrow threading has gone down drastically. Still excellent customer service however new people not trained and experienced like previous staff. Have given this place a few chances in the past year however eyebrow threading experience has not improved. Does it very slowly and pulls the skin, to the point it’s extremely painful and leave the place with marks around my eyebrows that lasts for days. Please bring back your old staff. Want to continue being a loyal customer but this is not helping.

5 /5 Shazia Kashif: Staff is very friendly and professional at Suravi beauty Saloon. I have been going there for eyebrows and facial for last few years . Apu does my facial , she is very hardworking and does amazing job. I always feel very relaxed and my skin looks good after facial. I definitely recommend to others too ☺️
