1 /5 Viv Aloy: Absolutely ruined my daughters hair. We specifically asked for JUST A BIT off and SOFT GENTLE layers. The girl showed the amount she was wanting to take (no more than 2") but clearly has no clue how to deal with curly hair. She asked about where layers should start - my daughter clearly said below the shoulder and the the girl hacked in hideous layers starting by her ears and took a good 5" off the full length once had bounced up. My daughter cried for hours and kept saying "why wouldnt she listen" Please LISTEN to your clients!! Before and after !

I went in for a tint, colour, and blow-dry, and I was truly well taken care of from start to finish. I have to specifically shout out Sharon—she is hands down the best hairdresser who has ever cut my hair. The results are amazing; my hair literally never felt so good! If you’re looking for exceptional service and stunning results, I can definitely recommend this salon and Sharon.

1 /5 Angela Pereira: On Thursday, I went to do highlights on my hair and I didnt like the final result, I did the roots badly... and dyed it different colors. I paid a lot and could have done better at home... The girl was young, it seemed like she was still in the experiment... she ruined my hair... I dont recommend going there I was disappointed with the result, now I have to go to another place to get my hair done, I wont be going here again.

5 /5 Sally Lawrence: Salon twelve is amazing . I have been going since it opened Millie is my hairdresser and she’s absolutely amazing. My daughter now goes and has Millie. And now my granddaughter who has autism goes to see one of the other girls and they are absolutely fantastic with her. I really cannot recommend salon Twelve enough.
