5 /5 Val Head: Caroline is a brilliant Pilates teacher and health coach. She is an excellent, professional teacher whether face to face, via Zoom or recordings. She can really explain the moves clearly and seems to know the necessary corrections, you sometimes feel she can see you when she can’t! Caroline is encouraging and motivational. As a health coach her 21-day reset and other plans are great and really helpful. She runs coaching sessions which really help set goals and work out ways to stay on track. She understands the challenges people face and coaches us to find ways to achieve our goals. I can’t speak too highly of Caroline. I think for me and many others she has been a ‘life changer’.

5 /5 Susie Gault: I have practised Pilates on and off for years and Caroline is by far the best teacher Ive ever had. She combines a thorough understanding of human anatomy with expert teaching at all levels and a really inspirational can do attitude to health and fitness. Her friendly, welcoming and encouraging approach makes her classes accessible and inclusive. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

5 /5 Kelly Cruse: I have just completed the second Scoop core challenge and am really inspired to keep up what I have learnt. Having been to many Pilates and other fitness classes Caroline is one of the best and certainly the most knowledgeable I have come across. She makes complex anatomy and physiology really easy to understand and love that she makes you feel so comfortable. With a variety of live and recorded classes via an online library, I cannot recommend Caroline and Studio Scoop enough x

5 /5 Zoe Richards: Caroline is an amazing Pilates teacher. Her instructions are precise but simple to follow and she is able to adapt her classes to suit all levels. I doubt youll find a friendlier, more welcoming place for Pilates whether online or in real life. But most importantly, she a complete master in all aspects of the principles of Pilates and gets results. I highly recommend Studio Scoop.
