Marianna Zavedeeva One of the cleanest Pure Gums I’ve visited. Sadly there is limited opening hours, but there are lots of treadmills, weight zone, CrossFit zone, studio. Enough space for demand. 5 starts if compare with other pure gyms in the area.

Anytime Fitness Mill Hill - 1 Flower Ln

Reece Regis Constantly upgrading the facilities to ensure that they cater to all gym users whatever their training goals or experience. Staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive and they have a zero tolerance policy towards poor gym etiquette and behaviours to ensure that there is a clean and safe community environment. Wide range of equipment and classes available and bathrooms have been refreshed to a much better standard than most gyms.

MissEJT Social media really does a poor job of highlighting the benefits of Pilates for injury rehabilitation! I associated reformer Pilates with annoying influencer types but thankfully its not like that - at least not here! Since Ive started attending reformer Pilates classes here my back/SI joint pain has got so much better. Ive been told for years that I needed to strengthen my core but clearly what I was told to do (bird dog and bridges) was ineffective or I just wasnt doing it properly, because there was no improvement after 7 years. Going to Pilates classes allows me to get my form checked and fixed and allows me to really work my deep core muscles and stabilisers. I have enjoyed classes with Amy the most - she is very knowledgeable when it comes to modifying exercises based on injuries and she also has a great personality. She reminds me of a school teacher - excellent instruction and energy. I have also enjoyed classes with Ami in Kew Bridge. Edited to add: Ive now tried 4 different Pilates studios (trying to find somewhere closer to Harrow) and LondonPilates4u is by far the best. I enjoy the routines here the most, I enjoy the ambience here the best, and I appreciate the fact they use high quality equipment. I do still find it a bit concerning that not all instructors seem to be confident or knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with clients with injuries but this is still by far the best studio Ive been to and it deserves 5 stars.

Sejal P I just finished my 6 week foundation program. 10/10 would recommend if you’ve fallen out of your fitness routine. The consistency I’ve built here feels more doable and sustainable for me personally with my work schedule compared to going to the gym by myself/being left to my own devices. I just show up at 6am, not have to think about anything, have a 50 min super efficient / effective session and home by 7am to shower/get ready for work on time. They also run sessions throughout the day/evenings if your schedule/ body clock is different. Saeid, Tom and Jess are great trainers - tailoring exercises to your fitness level whilst pushing/motivating you. The other members are super welcoming/lovely and also push me to do more too! Rez and Jack also helped me with accountability/making sure I show up - I quote Rez “even Mark Zuckerberg has time” (yes I know he probably has a chef, cleaners, doesn’t have to go waitrose etc but point noted, we do have time to work out if Mark does ;-)) From being a former skinny / very active person who used to eat whatever I wanted to being a much less active and fatter 42 year old, the nutrition guide/advice has also been super helpful for me as I needed to make changes to my diet. Thanks Boxr for getting my lazy a$$ moving and eating healthier!
