I love every class and I feel stronger in my body then I have for years. No one is put under pressure and the community is fab - all different ages and levels of experience ! Harry Andrews The staff are very friendly and great the facilities are also brilliant. My only issue I have had is that the badminton court can be very rude with members walking past your court as you are mid game or constantly leaving the door open between court 1 and the other courts.

Andrew Willmott Saved my mobility! Been coming since 2012 after a back injury wouldnt heal. Tuition is multi level, friendly and hugely supportive. Its like a weekly body servicing at much less cost than Osteopathy. Give the team a call.

Stuart Morris Very happy to use this facility. Not too busy, at the times I visit. Friendly staff and good range of activities. Plus, its also the library. Having a large car park also helps. Free for the first 2 hours so, thats also useful.
