Alex Enjoyed my first class at The Pilates Movement! Jeff was very friendly and patient while taking us through the class, offering progressions and encouragement throughout. The studio is clean and well cared for, with high quality equipment. I would recommend!

Both are fantastic — supportive, motivating, and always bring great energy to every session. It’s never felt like a chore; in fact, I’ve looked forward to each one. The results have been really positive, and the friendly community of fellow trainees makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Tom Martin I have been part of the Body Confirioning family for over a year now and am thoroughly enjoying the journey. Having never been to or been interested in the idea of the gym before I have been totally turned around and enjoy going 3 times a week to the small classes and the larger group classes. My overall strength and fitness level are hugely improved and I hope to stick with the team for much longer to see even better results going forwards. All the trainers are highly experienced and lovely people too. It’s a great place to be.
