Aldaoud Hala (Hashem Idjmayyel) I’ve absolutely loved being part of Fit Mom Club! The classes have been such a huge support in my postpartum journey – not just physically, but emotionally too. Each session is so thoughtfully designed to help you rebuild strength and confidence after having a baby, and the positive, supportive atmosphere makes such a difference. It’s been amazing to connect with other moms and to feel stronger and more like myself again. I can’t recommend it enough to any new mom looking for a strengthening their body and heal.

Caroline Guitton I am so glad that I’ve been able to join Busylizzy in Reigate& Dorking and enjoy a nice variety of classes, where I’ve met some lovely mums to exchange with. Yoga and baby music in particular are my and baby’s favourites, but we also like taking part in baby signing and buggy fitness, as well as the lovely brunch events that Maddie has been organising regularly. I really recommend Busylizzy if you’re pregnant and especially if you’re a new mum looking for fun classes and connection with other mummies.

Cristina Pérez The Yoga Centre has helped me a lot these days when we are isolated at home. I have taken part in some of the online classes they have daily, I especially enjoyed one of them with Wax and with Serena as well. Her soft voice kept me very relaxed all the time. I assisted in a Chair Yoga class, that was my first time doing Yoga with a chair and I liked it. Practicing online yoga with those people its quite similar to be in the studio (of course its not the same) but you are sharing your practice with other people and that feeling is very comforting when you are isolated at home. Congratulations and thank you for helping us these days with all your programs and differents type of Yoga classes. See you on next class! :)

Kim Anderson My journey so far with Complete Fitness has been totally brilliant and enjoyable i would highly recommend them. Ben and his team are amazing they are so passionate about your health and fitness they are friendly, knowledgeable and patient clearly explaining technique, positioning and posture. Nothing is too much for these guys..! The classes are small personal, well planned, structured and fun..!!! In a clean well organised environment . I have throughly enjoyed the training sessions I am enjoying learning so many new ways of training and look forward to each class. Definitely the best decision made for my mind and body.

Alexandra Richardson I have been attending group reformer classes at Corefit for almost a year now and have never felt better. The lovely team of physios at Corefit show such care for every client, no matter what their level. Their attention to everybodys form/needs, constant encouragement, help and support is truly exceptional. Every class feels different and with plenty of equipment in the studio, every muscle is worked! The dedication from Helen and her team is remarkable, I always feel safe and challenged and with a maximum class size of six, I feel fully supported in every class. The environment is lovely and with up-to-date machines, alongside a welcoming and pristine studio, there is no better place to be to get my pilates fix! Brigitte on the front desk always greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond to accommodate everyones needs. I truly couldnt recommend Corefit any more, I love my classes and look forward to them every week! Thank you, Team!

John Blythe I visit The Cottage coffee shop which is here too. I visit almost every week when I use the EV chargers at the BP Station next door. Great little cafe, with super friendly staff, theyve gotten to know me quite well, we have some fun banter. Food is lovely and the coffee aint bad either. ;)
