Priya Hogan Excellent practice - I have been taking my 3 month old baby to see Abbie for cranial osteopathy which has made a huge difference. Abbie is super knowledgeable, warm and makes you (and your baby) feel very comfortable. I would wholeheartedly recommend her services.

Samantha Wharton I’ve been going to Pause Pilates on Francis Road for over six months now, and I honestly love it! I started with Level 1 Tower Pilates and have since moved up to Level 2, which is such a testament to how supported and encouraged I’ve felt throughout my journey. Shanice is absolutely amazing — she guides you so clearly, pushes you just the right amount, and creates such a warm, motivating atmosphere. Every trainer I’ve met here is highly skilled and genuinely invested in helping you progress. I’ve tried a few different classes, and each one has been fantastic. If you’re thinking about starting pilates or looking for a studio that really cares about your growth, I’d 100% recommend Pause Pilates. It’s been such a positive part of my week!

Vikki Mizon Ive been going to Ankor Pilates for 6 months and its made an enormous difference for me. Classes are frequent so suit my changing schedule, and the instructors are all really engaged, modifying if they need to. My back pain has improved so much. Highly recommend.

Anais Stupka I was a member at CrossFit Bermondsey for almost three years, I unfortunately moved away from Bermondsey but I am truly so thankful for having been part of this community and everything it has brought to my health. CrossFit Bermondsey truly embodies a very healthy and genuine approach to fitness and lifestyle. The classes themselves are extremely balanced, and although CrossFit in itself is a challenging sport - the team dedicates their time to ensure you’re warmed up properly, practice the movements with supervision and eventually working out. This approach feels like the sessions are curated to you yet you get to workout within the fun and supportive CrossFit family. I couldn’t recommend CrossFit Bermondsey stronger, not just CrossFit but CrossFit Bermondsey - the coaches are incredible at what they do, skilled, knowledgeable and really uplifting people. In terms of my personal fitness goals ( that I’d been tackling for 10 years of my life ), CrossFit really brought the change I was looking for. I’d never experience my body feeling so light, strong, capable, lean until I started my journey with the Bermondsey team. I miss them and the benefits of their environment dearly! So if you’re looking for change in the best way; for your wellbeing, health and routine - CrossFit Bermondsey is what you’re looking for:)

Rose Ive been training with Jonathan from JAM Total Sport in an 8 week Muay Thai course held at Surrey Quays Decathalon - its been a fantastic experience and one Im very glad I tried. As I havent been doing any exercise (other than walking) for the last 5-6 years, I signed up with my partner in the hope of kick starting a more active lifestyle again, and to learn correct Muay Thai form which we could continue practicing together after. Jonathan is a very passionate and knowledgeable teacher, who pushes you to exceed your limits, he is welcoming to everyone of all fitness levels and a great ambassador for the martial art - encouraging the mental focus and correct form required, not just brute strength. Although Ive been left pretty sore after some sessions as it is such a strong workout !! its totally been worth it and has definitely got my confidence and excitement back to start working out again more.
