Brenda E Moon was so lovely! I havent had a chance to do any pilates in over a year and she was very understanding and encouraging, but also firm enough to motivate us all to do our best. She guided everyone in the group with skill and patience, and her positive but no nonsense attiude meant I actually wanted to push muself as much as I could. No slacking off in this class, but also no shame,and a lot of support and understanding if you need an alternative option to accommodate your needs and abilities. Great experience overall, looking forward to my next class!

Cheryl Richardson Clean venue, nice staff. Love being in the rafters of the old church, and being able to see the trees outside. The lovely cafe next door for post class coffee is a bonus. Irenes Tuesday class is always fab.

Ivo Aulik We recently hosted our Family Constellation Workshop at Luv Yourself Space, and it exceeded all expectations. The energy of the room is truly special, calm, welcoming and beautifully supportive for deep therapeutic work. The space was clean, light-filled and thoughtfully arranged, making both our participants and facilitators feel instantly at ease. The location is also ideal, easy to find and well connected by transport. We are looking forward to be continuing to rent this venue for our future workshops. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a healing or community oriented space in East London.

Judi Amir F45 at Blackwall is so great, never have I been in the best shape! It’s my happy place :)! The classes are open to all and the workouts are changing everyday and every 6 weeks (I think). much more than But what really is the highlight are the all coaches who make this place great! They are motivational, energetic and you always have fun in their classes. They are truly one of the best trainers I have worked with :)!
