Dursley Road Health & Fitness Centre -

Rating: 3.8 /5
James Cato Quiet gym with decent equipment. Pretty much all to yourself in the daytime

Gather -

Rating: 4.9 /5
George Wright Could not recommend more. I have been an active person my whole life (Tema sports, running, walking etc) but never a gym goer. Ian and the team have completely changed that. The Gather Team is friendly, accessible and supportive. Theyve helped me to improve my strength, lose weight and reach my fitness goals.

Anytime Fitness Lewisham -

W D “WD” The space is small but exquisite, clean, and very friendly as well as quiet. Like boutique gym. The staff is extremely kind and friendly to help new guys like me. The facility is more than sufficient, and its quite comfortable to move around in the two-story space. Especially the toilets and shower rooms are impeccably clean, at the level of a hotel. There is sanitary paper and cleaner next to all equipment, which is very hygienic. Its currently my favorite gym in Lewisham.

Hannah Maher Yoga -

Rating: 5 /5
Ashleigh Osborne I attend Hannah’s Vinyasa flow on Mondays/Tuesdays and Yoga Conditioning class on Fridays, which I absolutely love. I always leave feeling loose, light and energised from the Vinyasa flow and pumped and ready for my day from the Yoga conditioning class on Friday! Hannah is really attentive and welcoming during her classes and made me feel really comfortable as a newbie to yoga to really get stuck in and enjoy myself. Hannah has created a little community of people who come together no matter age or skill to practice in such positive vibes. I always buy the class bundles which I genuinely can’t fault the value for money! The picture is from a recent practice in the park on a Friday eve, followed by a picnic and Prosecco!

Hoo Sports Centre - Hoo

Ross McDonald Took my son here for an inflatable obstacle course in the pool at Easter. It was our first time at the leisure centre. We got a kind and chatty welcome from the women on reception. A great first impression on what turned out to be a really fun visit. Well be back!
