Chris Started tai chi classes in December 2024 and best decision I’ve made in a long time. Never particularly flexible I now have far greater movement and those toes are centimetres away from touching distance with straight legs!! The weekly class is fun and friendly. Learning new movements each week helps you both physically and mentally. It’s a fix in my diary each week.
