1 /5 Richard: Your hosepipe ban is an absolute joke now! You have the last slither of the UK with a ban and yet your charges are among the highest! You continue to pay your directors ridiculous salaries and bonuses whilst clearly not investing enough on infrastructure to cope with the demand for which you are happy to charge for. This is nothing short of a scam which makes you rogue traders. We live on the "blue" planet which is over 70% water and have proven desalination technology which is widely used throughout the world. You are laughing at us! Severn Trent are around 20% cheaper than you, have no hosepipe ban and even fix customers leaking toilets FOC. The boss needs to be sacked and replaced with someone that knows what they are doing.

1 /5 Michael Wilson: It’s unacceptable that Kent still has a hosepipe ban in January. We had this hosepipe ban since June , it’s ridiculous. South eastwater are saying it’s due to the driest spring in years but that’s absolutely false. You don’t have to be Albert Einstein to workout it due to the demand to all the new housing estates being built everywhere. South east water demand has massive increased this is the reason why we can’t use our hosepipes. Although I can pay someone to come clean my car and they can u my hosepipe but I can’t.

What its definitely fresh water, its been going for several years, we would certainly know if it wasnt. Lastest report was closed down, weve fix it sorry for any inconvenience caused by our works. Joke ! No workmen, no works, still leaking ! " every drop counts " is their moto on everything. Would say theh are a joke but its really not funny

1 /5 Cat James: No urgency. Ive had a hole in my drive for over a month, waiting for SE water to fix a valve. Told the earliest possible was February. I have a one year old and two dogs which I now have to chaperone round this hole every morning. I hate the fact theres no accountability and theres no option to change provider. Absolute sham.

1 /5 Michael Wilson: The water being delivered to customers by south east water is not suitable for consumption or bathing. Reported the concern that the water is visibley contaminated. Engineering was quickly sent to take samples. It’s been over a month now and nothing, no update ,I was told I would be contacted as to the outcome but Nothink ! complete waste of time and terrible customer service. You should be ashamed.
