athira p r I had a very disappointing experience at this salon today. I went in for threading and specifically mentioned multiple times that I did not want my eyebrows to be made thinner I only wanted the extras cleaned up and the shape maintained. Despite this, the staff completely ignored my request and made my eyebrows much thinner and uneven. When I pointed out that both eyebrows looked different, she brushed it off by saying they were naturally like that. Instead of fixing them properly, she made them even thinner, leaving me with very narrow brows that I never asked for.
The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and provided poor service overall. I left feeling very upset and dissatisfied. I would never recommend this salon to anyone – it was an awful experience
