1 /5 Elena Andrei: One of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. They charge whatever they feel like — I was made to pay £50 for an infill even though their own online price is £37. Every customer gets treated differently and you never know who’s doing your nails; I had three different people on mine. The service was rude, rushed, and honestly unsafe. They cut my cuticles with non-sterile clippers, didn’t wear gloves, and the whole process felt careless. They didn’t even file my nails after applying the colour — I had to fix them myself at home. For the quality they offer, the price is a joke. I normally pay £30 for much better work just a 5-minute walk away. Unless they issue a refund, this review stays up. Do NOT go here — there are better, safer, and cheaper options nearby.

5 /5 Tara J: You’ll likely be greeted with a loud ‘CHOOSE COLOUR!!!!’ As soon as you walk in, but don’t be put off, this place has excellent nail technicians. I don’t have any false-type nails put on or ornate decorations, so I can’t speak for more than basic mani- pedi combos that are great. The beauty treatments practitioner is excellent too.

5 /5 Emii: My regular! Always love getting my nails done here because Im never disappointed with the quality and always impressed with their skills and abilities for really clean finishes. Also never left the salon with bleeding fingers or toes so thats always a plus. Will be back soon!

1 /5 Brigitta van Bilderbeek: Had a really bad Biab infill job on the 31st and had it corrected the evening after and the gel is peeling off. They also charged me an extra £22 for a mani as cuticle looked so bad after the failed biab. I want a remote partial refund or actually whole refund because I don’t want to travel back and do this a third time with them! They hung up the phone.
