1 /5 Illumiluxe London: I Will NEVER go back here again. I had my brows done & was left with bruises because she pulled the wax so hard. It almost seemed intentional. That has never happened to me before ever. I wasnt asked or consulted on what I wanted and my brows were completely reshaped without my consent. I walked out of their gaslighted into thinking my brows were not able to be styled in any other shape ever though Ive had my brows done for many years in different styles. I wouldnt recommend this beauty service to ANYONE as my brows were sore and damaged for days after. I wouldnt have even left a review as the establishment is quite intimidating but my husband told me its the right thing to do.

5 /5 lily-grace dunne: I had my nails done by the new beauty therapist Paige, she was so lovely and chatty and did an amazing job on my nails. Everyone is also very lovely and welcoming in the salon. Definitely recommend going!!!

Loredana was friendly, meticulous, and clearly skilled—she took her time shaping my nails perfectly and gave great attention to detail. I will definitely be attending the salon again in the future!

3 /5 Camilla P: Whilst I have had a decent spray tan here in the past I was let down today. I had a tan booked for 7:30pm today (a Monday), I wanted to change it to better suit my plans and rang just before 11am asking to change the appointment to Wednesday. I wasn’t wanting to cancel the appointment, just to change it. I was told the deposit would be kept. Whilst I understand this if you are a no show or if you cancel with less than a hour to go I do not understand on an off peak day given nearly 8 hours notice when I simply wanted to change the appointment. It felt insulting. I wasn’t disrespectful of their time, I just wasn’t convinced of promises that the tan would last the 7-10 days as they’d told me and the change was required to ensure the tan served the purpose necessary. I booked a day off work to accommodate a new date & time but will have to go elsewhere as I felt this was unfair and insulting. I’m not a complainer…all my other reviews celebrate but this was off.

5 /5 Ruby Travis: Ive just come to the end of a course of 12 sessions (roughly one session every four weeks) of laser hair removal on my facial hair with Loredana. Ive had great results with her and my facial hair is mostly gone! Ive been to many laser hair removal clinics over the years and SLS is by far the best experience Ive had in terms of service and results. The staff are always super friendly and efficient and I appreciate Loredana talking me through the treatment, how it works, the different kind of lasers they use and how to take better care of my skin too! The packages they offer make the treatment really affordable and youre getting well looked after! I recommend SLS to anyone considering getting laser hair removal and Im going to continue treatment on other areas now that my facial hair has improved so much!
