1 /5 Sydney Eason: Me and my friend went to treat ourselves today to a full set of acrylic nails with white tips and silver lining, and what we have received is disgusting. Didn’t listen to what length was requested and rushed them! Thick bits of acrylic under the nails and at the edge were they are bumpy! They done gold glitter instead of silver like requested! Costumer service was absolutely appalling and there was no communication at all! I will never be going back to this shop!

1 /5 Jodie Ebborn: Me and my friend treated ourselves to a full set, white acrylic with a silver line under the white, I had to get my nails redone which she only painted over it. They are still wonky, not straight. We both paid £45 each. I will not be returning. I have been left with feeling embarrassed and don’t want to show anyone. The woman was the manager and couldn’t do a simple design.

1 /5 Victoria Agyeman: I asked for gel overlay with gel polish. I’ve had my nails for 1 week. The pounder has cracked off on basically all nails and all the gel polish has peeled off. I paid £38. Beware. A big waste of money. I used to do my nails in London. Not one crack or peel in minimum 3 weeks. These lot are playing with peoples nails.

1 /5 Nicole Reilly: Didnt book and walked in to get a gel manicure done so was happy with that. Nothing complicated just one gel colour on natural nails. Once she started I noticed how dirty the place was, the table covered in nails/dust from a previous client and not cleared up despite being on kitchen towel! The nail bottles conjealed and messy, just generally seemed dirty in comparison to other nails bars visited. Asked for, gel colour but when she had finished I noticed she had painted over my skin and cuticles. It looked like a child gad done it! I told her I wasnt happy and explained why, she tried to take some off but didnt really look any different. She didnt seem to understand what was wrong with them! I also noticed some nails were not fully painted. Explained then gave up asking her to remove and refund. Really disappointed. Been to nails bars for years and never seen anything this bad. Wont go back.

1 /5 Labiba Waess: I’ve given this salon multiple chances, but after my last experience, I won’t be coming back. Over the past few months, the quality of their acrylic work has significantly declined. My mother-in-law’s recent set was extremely lumpy and poorly filed, as if done by someone inexperienced. The lack of attention to detail was obvious, and it made her nails look and feel uneven. As for me, I’ve had consistently bad experiences. The first time I went, the technician repeatedly nipped my skin, drawing blood more than once. While she apologized each time, I would expect more care after the first incident. Still, I thought I’d give them another chance. This second time, I opted for ombré French nails, but the work was again sloppy. The acrylic was applied on my skin around the nails, something any professional salon would avoid in the first place. When I asked them to clean it up, they filed the acrylic down, but it was painful because it had already dried and hardened under the UV light. They then tried using acetone to clean the rest, but it wasn’t thorough, and I left with acrylic still stuck on my skin. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the messy, unprofessional work. My mother-in-law and I will not be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services. I’ll be uploading pictures to show the results.
