5 /5 Diana Barbos: This was my first visit at the salon and i was pleasantly surprised. Naina took very good care of me, she checked in at every step to make sure I was happy. My nails look amazing and eveyone was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back.

5 /5 Nivithaa Suresh: I visited today with a very last-minute request for gel nail extensions and eyebrow threading. Sir kindly accommodated my appointment, and the ladies did a fantastic job. I was unsure about which colour to choose, but they offered a lovely recommendation and the final result was fabulous. Extremely happy with their service.

1 /5 Helen Abbott: Edited to update I was phoned after they had read this review and asked back in for them to redo the mess they made. Unfortunately the return visit was even worse. Using an electric file to remove the previous varnish they caught the bottom of the nail bed as well as the top of my finger. There was a lot of blood and it wouldnt stop. They didnt say the nail bed was grazed only the top bit that I could see.... I was curious why it was still bleeding. It did not stop them continuing though and they applied chemicals and varnish making it sting even more. When I left I walked out with my finger still bleeding (and a cursory £10 voucher!) Only when if finally dried did I realise how bad this was. They should have stopped, recorded it in their accident book if they had one and returned my money. A week later I received a phone call asking me to take down this review. I texted back the photo I will add to this. Ask yourself how many other bad reviews have been taken down! On sending the photo I got a stony silence.....This is not on ... Ive removed the varnish from two fingers now as my nails have grown and the nails are wrecked, filed way too thin . Just dont do it! So many rules broken here ..... I wont be taking this review down. Previous post below .... Dreadful... It was a bit of a spur of the moment and a treat but boy did it backfire. I should have been warned when the person next to me had a problem ....The nails were hacked on my right hand my acceptable... the left? Looked more like a 4 year old had tacked them. They are uneven , blotchy and not even the colour that I chose! .... I am not convinced by the language skills of the person I was with as there was almost zero conversation and again I should have been warned by the fact they didnt even have their nails done. I completed the feedback form via email and nothing.... not so much as an apology. I have looked at reviews since and can see I was well and truly duped. NEVER again ! .... You may get lucky but I doubt it very much. Hopefully having read this and the other negative reviews you will avoid.... scammers with no conscience.
