heejeong kim It is a well equipped and very clean gym. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. I have been also getting personal training lessons and they go out of their way to help me become fitter. I really like the other members as well, its a supportive community without being over-bearing. Yoga classes and the sauna facility is excellent, too! Highly recommended.

Joanna Trotter I started going Shanti’s classes at the Hogarth to help with a knee injury. Shanti’s knowledge of the body is superb. She gives very clear instructions and makes sure the exercises are personalised, but the classes are varied and never repetitive or boring. She keeps a watchful eye on everyone, which I now do on zoom. Fantastic! Jo
