5 /5 heejeong kim: It is a well equipped and very clean gym. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. I have been also getting personal training lessons and they go out of their way to help me become fitter. I really like the other members as well, its a supportive community without being over-bearing. Yoga classes and the sauna facility is excellent, too! Highly recommended.

5 /5 Ksenia Bekhtold: Really love this gym! It’s got all the equipment I need, everything’s well looked after. The steam room and sauna are a cute little extra after a workout. The personal training sessions are great too — Forest and Marcus are super friendly, motivating, and really know their stuff. Truly a welcoming neighborhood spot where it’s easy to feel comfortable and get a good workout in.
