Matthew Hibbs Amazing family swim in the lagoon pool and totem splash pad. Recently visited with our 18 month old who loved it so much. The centre was very clean and modern. £1 returnable for the lockers. The temperature was warm as was the water so she could splash about for a long time and didnt get cold at all. There was free parking also. What an amazing experience well worth travelling to if out of area.

Its got all the essentials you need for a good workout, and the 24/7 access is a real lifesaver. One thing that really stood out was the staff. Isaac, in particular, was super helpful and always ready with a smile. He really goes the extra mile to make sure everyone feels welcome and gets the support they need. Overall, its a great gym with a top-notch team, especially thanks to people like Isaac.

Milikilawat I joined the Energie Fitness Borough gym early September 2025 as I wanted to use the sauna. I have been pleasantly surprised by how clean the Girls changing facilities are, as my previous gym was not well maintained and suffered from drain flies, cockroaches, and other consequences of a dirty environment. I usually visit later in the evening and Im often there when Adama, the regular cleaner, comes in to do her job. Adama is so considerate and helpful, she has always made sure I dont feel like Im in her way, going out of her way to enable me to use the changing room, showers, and toilets while shes cleaning the areas. However, I do have one complaint regarding the facilities. I no longer use the large bin in the Girls locker room as my hand got trapped by the weighted swing lid and it was very painful.
