1 /5 Roe Torreon: Went for gel mani with art but was offered to get ready made press-on nails. She charged me £60, with the thoughts that the nails did look nice the moment I left the salon. Little did I know that, she did a terrible job with my nails. She did not do any clean up with my natural nails, cut it way too short (and did not even file them!) so much so that the press-on nails lifted my natural nails. This consequently damaged my natural nails. The press-on nails were also low quality because I came back to them saying that it chipped. Also, I understand that the salon was undergoing renovations, but surely they could’ve at least put a bit of effort tidying the place, or at least hoovered before clients came in. Overall a horrendous experience at this place. Price doesn’t live up to the value of the service. I had to buy a nail treatment serum to restore my natural nails.

1 /5 Atefeh - Ati O: The staff were unfriendly, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. The salon itself was not clean—dusty surfaces, used tools lying around, and generally unhygienic conditions. To make matters worse, the nail job was terrible. The acrylic work was poor, and the gel polish chipped after a couple of days. Some of the colour even peeled off entirely within days. I ended up having to go to another salon to get everything properly removed and redone, which cost me extra time and money. Definitely not worth it—poor service, and poor results. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The receptionist, Mamatg, was friendly, efficient, and made the booking process super easy. I had my pedicure done by May, who was incredibly professional and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable throughout, and the results were flawless. I really appreciated her attention to detail and care. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and high-quality treatments!
