3 /5 Siobhan Smith: The salon is welcoming and staff were polite. It was my husbands first pedicure and his feet were smoother a d softer before the pedicure. His feet were not given the attention to minor area that caused concerns. The toenails were uneven and soles of feet were rough from not fully scrubbing and exfoliating. He actually cam home with smelly feet. He said the lady didnt dry his feet fully. I have never experienced any of these issues with his feet before. I didnt return to complain as my husband is a quiet man but this was a small 40th birthday gift gone.wrong. I would not recommend or enrage a repeat service!

5 /5 Harriet Elder: I had a wonderful experience at this Sia Beauty! Sara did an amazing job with my manicure – super precise and exactly what I wanted. Shivangi was equally fantastic with my pedicure – so relaxing and beautifully done. Both were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Jo: I had BIAB done once by Krystal and was satisfied with the results. I then had BIAB infill with a girl called Sara (I think, not 100% sure). The BIAB was awful quite frankly, super thick and the tip shape was not even. I was going on holiday the next morning so couldn’t get it fixed, I put up with it for 3 weeks. I then had the BIAB removed completely and my nails were sore for days because they were over-filed. Not only this, my little finger on my left hand has been filed down so excessively that there is a visible dip and it is extremely tender to the touch (photo below) needles to say I won’t be going back or recommending the salon to anyone. It will be at least 4-6 months before my nails return to their healthy state and in the meantime I have to deal with the pain. The little finger nail continues to break as it grows because it has no strength at all. First photo straight after the removal. Second photo 8 weeks later :(
