2 /5 LDN: I am very dissatisfied with the service at both salons located in Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. I had the Calecim hair treatment at both branches and paid full price for the whole scalp treatment. Both therapists refused to do my whole scalp even though there was serum left over in the bottle and they did not treat the back of my head where the hair loss is quite severe and there are clearly visible bald patches and significant hair thinning in addition to the other areas of the scalp. As a result the back of my scalp looks worse than the front and the bald patches have become bigger. The standard protocol for Calecim is to use the whole bottle which is only 2.5ml. However, at the light salon they use only half for no logical reason. Other clinics use the whole bottle. They gave me the rest to take home but it was not effective when I administered the serum myself as I did not have the professional micro needling pen. Furthermore, they were reluctant to give me the remaining serum to take home even though I paid for the whole bottle and I had to practically beg plead with them. They could have just administered the rest of the serum into my scalp themselves. I contacted them but they showed no sympathy or empathy for my anxiety and hair loss which started in my teens and have not replied to my last email which is why I have resorted to writing this review. They have not offered me any compensation at all in terms of a discounted Calecim treatment. They just offered free LED light which does not even work on me. I am highly disappointed and had high hopes but the service had fallen short of my expectations.

5 /5 Orsolya Harsanyi: I recently had a dermabrasion facial as part of a package and it was genuinely amazing. Edita is incredibly skilled, her hands are honestly magic. The whole experience was incredible and my skin felt completely refreshed afterwards. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning.

5 /5 Giulia Manente: Sofia was amazing and took her time with my facial: I did micro needling and light and when I go to her I can always see a difference in my skin! Also, the lights is the best in the market!!
