Cat Really great experience and will definitely be back. I booked the Pilates reformer via ClassPass and check in was easy. The room was wiped down after the last person finished up. The room came fully equipped - the reformer with a tower, boxes, ring, ball, foam roller. It’s still a new facility, so the springs on the reformer are pretty tight. There is an iPad in the room that you can use to stream reformer workouts online, otherwise I figure you can play from your own device. I played around with it a little, but for the most of my time there, I played around without a set routine in mind. The bathroom was clean and there is a shower in the facility. I saw the rest of the pods and everything looked beautiful. I’d recommend this for all sorts of users - new to fitness, recovering from an injury or pregnancy, not wanting to deal with a crowded gym or those just wanting some private time. Also a great alternative for those who like to film fitness content, since you won’t have to worry about getting other people in your film. Highly recommend checking it out.

Georgie Feldman I joined this gym over two years ago, low on confidence and 0 expectations. I knew that I wanted to learn how to weight train but I struggled with flexibility, mobility and had a lot of mental blocks around exercise. Fast forward two years and BJ, Tom and Holly have been so key to my confidence and I’ve gone from not being able to lift a 15kg bar to heavy weights and complex gymnastic movements. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to enter the world of weight training / CrossFit or even Hyrox-type exercise in an inclusive, calm and specialised environment.

hugh janus Great athletics track, perfect for hosting events. There are lots of facilities including soft play, a gym, as well as an indoor track. The track is very well maintained and not crumbly like others, its six lanes instead of eight. Theres also a cafe but the price of one can of coke is like double compared to a corner shop.

Justin Lane As a long-time competitive runner, I tried Flow Pilates Studios for the first time to improve core strength and flexibility. The experience was excellent. Taryne, the instructor, was welcoming and clearly knowledgeable—she explained everything in a way that made Pilates approachable, even for a complete beginner like me. The reformer session was challenging but enjoyable, and I could feel how these movements target areas runners often neglect. The studio itself is spotless, well-equipped, and has a friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I’ve only been once, but I’m already convinced this will be a great addition to my training routine. Looking forward to returning and seeing how it impacts my running performance.
