5 /5 simran gill: I went to Shewly for the first time and it was great! Extremely clean room, Shewly is throughly hygienic and she took a lot of care in doing my brow and upper lip threading. I’ve never had anyone do my threading this carefully. I was so pleased with the results. I’ll definitely be back, for threading and facials!

2 /5 Tian Huang: I had a hybrid eyelash extension done here, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve had with lash extensions. I’m extremely careful with my lashes, and they usually last 4–6 weeks. However, within just 48 hours of this appointment, half of the extensions had already fallen out. I called to report the issue, and the woman on the phone was kind and offered me a complimentary infill. But when I arrived for the appointment, the lash technician asked me to pay. After speaking with her colleague, she reluctantly agreed to do the infill for free. Sadly, within another 48 hours, most of the lashes had fallen out again. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning.

The owner is such a beautiful soul, truly one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met. She immediately made me feel comfortable, and her warmth and professionalism set the perfect tone for the entire treatment. The lash lift itself was fantastic, and I’m beyond happy with the results—it’s clear she takes pride in her work and pays great attention to detail. It wasn’t just about the treatment; it was the whole experience of feeling cared for and appreciated as a client. 5 /5 Meghna Mohanka: A GEM!!!! Right by Bermondsey station and soo well priced for waxing and threading!!! Gurleen sits on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, super kind and patient and quick every single time!! I never need to go anywhere else!! ☺️

5 /5 Joanne Mayes: Wow, what can I say, this was literally the best massage and reflexology I have ever had in London! Gurleen focused on the knots I had on my shoulders and I can honestly say I walked out after feeling great. Finally someone who knows what there doing and focused on the goals you want and need. I will definitely be coming here from now on, I would highly recommend it to anyone who has knots on their shoulders and neck and a bad back. Also the reflexology was amazing, my feet was really sore from walking all day and now I feel relaxed. Definitely worth more than 5 star! ⭐️
