1 /5 Jessica Eschoe: Been a customer at this salon for over 3 years, and today’s experience was absolutely shocking. I explained that I have a wedding in 24 hours and asked if there was any way they could help fix 3 broken nails. The salon wasn’t busy, yet no one tried to find a solution. I was told I would have to pay £40 to fix just 3 nails, and three team members refused to offer any alternatives. £40 is the infill price. I didn’t ask for an infill. Just a repair of 3 nails, which I mentioned on the phone.
My French tips didn’t even last 2 weeks, and I have had sets there that last a lot longer. I was never quoted a price over the phone and left feeling completely unsupported as a regular customer.
Sadly, Deluxe Nails has lost a loyal customer. The service was dreadful, the customer care non-existent, and I will never return.
