JK Love training at Park View Gym, great location. The staff are lovely, getting help sign up from a member of staff , so helpful and their policy is clear and transparent with promotion offer for some period is great. The gym is clean, nice atmosphere and music , relaxed but motivating, help lifting up the mood to exercise especially in the early mornings. Its a place where you feel comfortable and encouraged to do your best. I enjoyed gym classes, they are benefits and great fun, Giorgos is an amazing trainner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great gym.

Jocelyn I attend at variety of exercise classes at Copthall Leisure Centre which enables me to enhance my fitness levels - some people say that I’m addicted! It’s not just the fitness aspect though, I also love the social angle it brings to my life! Having access to all gym facilities as well as group exercise classes in my membership is of course an added bonus. The Teachers/Instructors are all proficient in their specific disciplines. They encourage and motivate the group/individuals as well as leading and clearly demonstrating each exercise. Each instructor has a variety of options available for each class so nobody needs to feel that they ‘can’t do’ a particular exercise. There is a welcoming atmosphere in Copthall from the minute you enter the building. Lamia is the main person on Reception. She is very pleasant, polite, helpful and professional. She’s ideal for that position. From my experience, I can highly recommend Copthall Leisure Centre to anyone who is considering taking up exercise OR anyone already doing exercise elsewhere.

Ant Gould I started going to Sarah’s classes nearly two years ago, and I quickly realised that Pilates played an important role in my health and wellbeing and that coupled with regular massage enable’s me to maintain my strength and mobility as I suffer ongoing back issues. Finding Feonix Pilates was a real gem, Sarah is lovely with great energy and an exceptional teacher who has everyone’s attention as soon as the class starts, she provides clear guidance and a good variety of disciplines, her classes are warm and friendly and always welcoming, each class has been a pleasure to attend, and I can certainly feel the benefits.

Kirstie Hart Joined for the Joint Pain Programme struggling to walk without pain. I was out of breath simply walking to the toilet and struggled to get up and down from the floor when playing with the grandchildren. I was facing the possibility of a painful steroid injection and medication for high cholesterol and blood pressure. Coupled with a change to a healthy eating plan I achieved a weight loss of 7stones (almost 45kgs). I complimented the gym programme with walking a weekly Park Run. As my strength improved I went on to running the 5k park run progressing to 10k events. This year, 2 years after starting the gym programme I successfully completed my first half marathon. I now no longer require the medication previously advised. My blood pressure and cholesterol are now healthy. Nuffield gave me and improved my confidence in exercise. The staff are amazing and still available post course for support and advice, particularly Lauren from Tunbridge Wells. The course gave participants the opportunity to explore all areas of the gym including the swimming pool and fitness classes in a friendly and inclusive way. We were encouraged with support to build our own training programme selecting areas of the gym we enjoyed whilst keeping a varied programme to work all areas of the body. We were also shown adaptations for any specific health needs. I was at a great risk of serious health problems which have been addressed with the support of Nuffield and my life has completely changed for the better.
