Lucy Adams Ive been going to Pure Beauty for many years now and mainly see Bronte but all of the girls are lovely. Bronte is amazing at pretty much everything and shes the only person Ill ever go to for waxing! Ive recently started taking my 16 year old daughter there too and she loves the hot chocolate before her appointment and is now obsessed with her perfect eye brows and has asked about having regular facials too. Cannot recommend this salon and Bronte highly enough.

Vanessa W Aida did an amazing job, I love my lashes!! I dont usually get them done but the process was very relaxing. Will definitely be going back!

Fiona Wallis I have been coming to see Lauren at Oast for the last 2 years, she is fabulous. Ive had a range of treatments waxing, facials, nails and massage and every time I attend I leave feeling happy and relaxed. (Quite an accolade with waxing treatments!) Lauren brings the right energy and atmosphere to any treatment, whilst her skill is second to none. My skin has never glowed more after one of her facials. I actually buy the facial/ massage treatments with Lauren as gifts for family members. Thanks Lauren!

The quality is consistently excellent—my gel nails last longer than anywhere else I’ve tried, and my natural nails have grown stronger thanks to how carefully they’re treated. The team always takes the time to remove gels gently, without damaging the nail underneath. On top of that, the atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. Sharanya Sood My go to for all things nails and beauty! Lisa is a magician and painted nails that I had shown her on instagram with the exact (I think even better) nail art than what I showed her!!! Recently have also had an amazing experience with Rina who comes from the Loughton branch I believe - did facial and soak off + manicure and oh my God I cannot stop praising her. Her technique, attention to detail and skill is simply incredible. She is very warm and treated me like her own and that really adds the cherry to the cake in quality of service. The best facial I’ve had till now!
