Imani I have received nothing but great treatment from Temi, my first ever facial I booked in I was apprehensive as my skin was in a fragile state, but I knew my skin needed professional attention. Throughout the treatment, Temi made sure I was well-informed about the facial, I felt super relaxed and confident in the treatment that was being done on my face. I was recommended a few products to try out, and honestly, I have not looked back or regretted anything Temi recommended for me to use. Temi displays great knowledge and I felt comfortable booking regular treatments for myself, I even booked my partners first-ever facial, and he absolutely loved it! If you are reading this, do not hesitate to book a treatment for yourself or a loved one.

shi veronica Worst Nail Experience Ever! First of all, they used a machine to remove calluses and dead skin, which resulted in my three fingers getting cut… Secondly, this place is massively overpriced, or maybe they specifically charge Chinese customers unfairly. Removing gel nails costs £20, and even without rhinestones, it’s £15 – none of this is mentioned on their price list. I’m left wondering if they charge foreigners this way, which feels suspicious and potentially malicious. I had a gradient (ombre) nail design for £45, but they told me it was originally £50. The details were terrible – the ombre was uneven, and they didn’t even clean up the excess color from my hands before curing the nails under the lamp. After they dried, I was left with color stains on my hands, which is completely unreasonable. The nail shape was poorly done too. I asked for supervision but was told not to worry, that they’d fix the shape in the end, but the result was uneven nails with one side higher than the other. Lastly, the hygiene was concerning – they didn’t use a fresh disposable hand pad for each customer and reused them instead. I didn’t see any tools being cleaned either; they just took them out and used them. I was charged £70 in total, and for that price, I expected a much higher standard of service. It’s clear they rush through appointments to serve more customers, ignoring the details and overall experience. Definitely not worth coming.
