Warner Dylan (Swagmaster6676) Been a Member for a little over 3 months and love it. Equipment, while a little older than Pure gyms, feels great to use with a much heavier emphasis on weights rather than cardio like some other commercial gyms. Love the boxing area a great way to unwind after a stressful day with a nice amount of bags for multiple people to use at once. Sauna is fantastic and is a great way to relax after a long session at the gym as well as the showers are great especially with the cold shower allowing you to do a sauna then cold plunge. Only issue I have is that equipment can be out of order for a long time and its just due to general wear and tear from lots of use. Even with the little issues I plan to keep going on a regular basis.

Chantel Activfitgyms is an amazing place to train. The personal training and small group sessions are the best, everything is tailored to your goals and fitness level. It’s really motivating and so nice to train alongside different people in a supportive, friendly environment. James genuinely cares and pushes you in the right way. Highly recommend Activfitgyms is for anyone wanting great results and a positive training experience!

Sandesh DSouza Daughter loves it. The instructors are dedicated and will encourage and push your child as much as the child shows potential. Friendly staff, great place to be for kids, as they make friends, develop skills, enjoy the fun and get a lot of physical exercise!

Tom King Great gym!! Best gym for its price range. Comes with great top of the range equipment, a large free weights section and plenty of benches. Steam room, recovery pool and hot tub all included. It’s spacious enough to not feel like you’re on top of everyone else while working out!!! Staff all at the Milton Keynes fitness first are very helpful and polite!! They are also very professional and would never guide you wrongly!! Nothing bad to say about this gym especially compared to other gyms I have been a member of previously

Jamie Gladish This gym is perfect if you want to train in peace. It has 24hr access and a a lot of equipment & facilities like on site barbers and a thai massage parlour. There are also HIIT circuit classes a few times a week which are great for all round fitness. These are just some of the things Ive used. Some great PT staff work here also on hand to help where needed. A great community for all
