1 /5 CM G: **update** i went in as i am local to this place and asked to speak to the owner. The receptionist mentioned below came to me and i had to insist to speak to the owner. The owner, a lady, didnt even bother to get up, pretended she didnt understand English and insisted i had called a different salon. She then tried to lie saying the receptionist "had left" but was the lady right there who tried to insist i dont speak to the owner. Read other reviews youll find they tend to act like crazy when people have complained, saying "it was another salon". The owner doesnt care she has a rude receptionist yelling at people over the phone. Dont bother coming here ever- theres a reason theyre always empty!*** Just called to book an appointment for the first time, enquired if "shellac" was something we can still get done and got a rude (and ignorant) receptionist yelling at me over the phone saying "uk not in europe". Which was, bizarre to begin with? And extremely unprofessional. Also, dumb comment to make since we are, in fact, in Europe. European Union is not the same as the continent of Europe. I am a local to this salon, walk past it every week for about 2 years now and I am shocked at how rude this lady was for a matter that doesnt seem relevant to a nail salon. All I wanted to know was if I could get that treatment done. No need to have some random lady yelling at me. I can see why its always empty. Dont bother coming here!

5 /5 Ashlynn Turner: I got acrylics with gel polish done on the 20th of February. When I walked in the guy was very polite said he would be a couple of minutes as he was doing something but I was in no rush so didn’t mind and appreciated him warning me. I have really short nails and when i get them done from other salons they come off within 2-4 days. They are still on 9 days later and I have also during this time scraped my whole hand up on the road and broke my ankle and not one has come off. The only negative I have is 2 nails the top layer of polish came off but that could be my fault where I moved my hand in the uvb. I paid £40 which I think is really good and I will be going here from now on it was quiet in there when I went and I struggle with loads of people I’m glad they were really calm and not shouting. There was 3 men in there and not one of them was rude they listened to the requests I had and didn’t rush me. I have tried a lot of the salons and I literally hate my nails after but Rosie’s is really good. The cut in the pictures on my skin near nail isn’t from them I did it myself.

1 /5 Shirley: This is what £45 nails look like - my thumb nail isnt even covered, look at the poor nail painting, i was too stunned to speak - and bare in mind this is the result after I asked for it to be fixed twice - £45 British pounds for this - my nails are in pain now

2 /5 The Great Ness: In fill & design - £45 For the first time, I’m so disappointed with my finish, been in the shop from 3;45, it’s now 18:47, first guy was really nice started my nail well, he was scared to finish my design, the design is just line painted tip with 4strokes in black & white, so another technician took over, she was doing a customer, who then was upset she came to finish me and rushed her, so the energy changed, the technician rushed the design, even though I told her to finish the customer first, her flustered energy just messed my nails, made mistakes and now they look messy and the design doesn’t match on both hands. and I got charged £45!!!!!!! What a joke!!
