She uses hot wax (not strips), which is much more comfortable and gives great results. The salon is spotless and very hygienic, which made me feel even more confident and relaxed. It was quick, smooth, and one of the least painful waxes I’ve had. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone skilled, clean, and caring. I’ll definitely be returning
