5 /5 Charlie Reardon Ellis: Had my first session pf reformer Pilates and it was absolutely amazing, Chloe the instructor was very helpful when correcting me and also knowing when to progress and push that little bit more, came out feeling great like I had done a workout. I can’t wait to progress further and bring the functionality of the reformer classes into my weight training and day to day life. I would highly recommend this type of training to anyone of any age.

Chloe the instructor was very knowledgeable and took us through the movements smoothly and adjusted us as we went. I was a bit nervous the class would be too difficult but it was accessible while still challenging. The venue was clean and inviting with only 7 or so Reformers so the classes are small and less intimidating. Overall a great pilates studio with a community feel. Excited for my next session!

Every class feels intentional, with a perfect balance of strength, stretch, and mindfulness. I’ve noticed real improvements in my posture, core strength, and overall energy since starting here. What I love most is how each session feels different — always challenging but never intimidating. The reformer classes especially have completely changed the way I understand my body. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, this studio creates such an encouraging, positive environment that you’ll look forward to every single session.
