Ling Yang I came for a whole day yoga retreat. I havent done something like that before (although I have experience with the individual elements like cacao ceremony, sound healing, restorative yoga etc). The experience was beautiful and the lunch was fantastic! Johnny and his team really put a lot of thought and effort into making the day special for the participants. Would be back again!

b kartal When my non verbal autistic child s local swimming lesson was cancelled while we were on our way at 6pm on a weekday evening, King Alfred was the only place that offered drop in fun sessions that time of evening within reasonable travel distance from us. Even though the centre is an old building, I didnt see any hygiene issues with the pool area. We will be back.

Fuat I’ve visited the lab The Lab a few times now and honestly, it’s one of the nicest health clubs Ive been too around the area. The reception team have always been welcoming and the staff across the club are brilliant, friendly, accommodating and always happy to help if I need anything. The facilities are top notch and always spotless. The gym is spacious, has all the latest equipment, and I’ve never found it overcrowded which makes training here a pleasure. The poolside area is the best part for me they have a heated pool, two jacuzzis, sauna and steam room, so it never feels over crowded. The changing rooms are always clean and well stocked, Also, they offer lovely food in the juice bar and the staff give of a lovely atmosphere. I love the overall vibe of the place. It’s professional but still relaxed, and you really feel looked after here. The Lab isn’t just a health club, it’s somewhere I actually enjoy spending my time. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for great facilities and staff who genuinely care.

Rhiannon Rolf Seaside Studios is such a great space for me to teach my 1 on 1 dance classes! The mirrors are great for teaching dance routines and the speaker provided are great quality! Also super super affordable! Also modern and clean! PERFECT
