Elaine Fitzwater Located above the Sweaty Betty store in Guildford the team at 1Sculpt offer barre and total body workouts, as well as personal training. The classes are upbeat, fun and challenging, and the 1Sculpt team are always finding new and creative ways with the pilates ring, resistance bands and pilates balls. I especially enjoy the barre classes which are a great addition to my running and spin classes that I do elsewhere, and I definitely feel the strength benefits from incorporating these classes into my schedule.

Leanne Litster I worked with Carly for 3 months on Reboot Plan and can honestly say its the best thing I did for myself in 2025. Ive become stronger, fitter, learnt more about nutrition and my confidence has increased ten fold! I have carried on with another 3 months on the Reboot and can highly recommend anyone who might be tempted to try working with Carly, shes relatable as shes the same age as me and the workouts are effective and brilliantly support my running. Excited to see what I can achieve in my marathon in April this year with her support!

Dan Louisa This is the best gym I’ve been to it’s like family. My son does the full mma course and coach lets my 8 year old practice some boxing. 4 lessons a week and it’s not expensive.
