2 /5 Bianca T.: I really had to come and give an honest review of this salon after yesterdays experience. There were two ladies working there yesterday. One of them appeared new to nail services and could not understand English nearly at all, not even the basic words around nail work, the service she was hired to provide. Her colleague had to keep listening in to everything I was saying due to knowing her colleague didnt understand English. Unfortunately even her colleague struggled a lot to understand and speak back. The only other customer present apart from me had to keep helping them both understand what I was saying. Surprisingly and very unprofessionally, the two staff were then laughing to each other in front of us both, as if there was no embarrassment they were feeling from the poor service they were providing us. On top of this, the nail work I was given for a simple removal of shellac and getting a simple manicure was appalling. 2 hours after finishing at the salon, my polish got some type of discolouration around the edges of the nail and has begun chipping away! Ive never experienced such bad service quality and polish quality. I genuinely feel I paid for nothing. The lady working on my nails also kept burning my nail with the automatic file while removing my shellac, despite me constantly pulling my hand away and explaining to her. At some point, her colleague moved her away to the other customer and began fixing everything she didnt do right on my nails, constantly talking to her in their language as if telling her how much she missed on. Her colleague who was at least a little more experienced but still not the best, was working on the other customer beforehand, who was getting glitter on her nails. Despite the empty salon, where they could have placed me 2 seats away from the work area with glitter, they put me right next to it. By the end, I had glitter on my hands and forearms. Not to mention, other salons keep wiping away from the desk excess skin and polish that comes off your nails while they work. In this one I was shocked they didnt even do it once, leading to all my removed shellac sticking to my hands as they were applying hand cream on me and had no regard to it....finally, once the other customer left and I was left to dry my nails, the two staff proceeded to sit in front of me on their phones on tiktok, watching loud videos as if I didnt even exist there, laughing out loud and to each other. The lack of professionalism in their service left me speechless. Not to mention they both were singing along to music throughout the whole interaction with us two customers...that doesnt normally bother me but seeing there was close to no customer service provided , it eventually did. Ill never return to this salon. Such a shame as I used to go here a couple years ago. Pictures provided for proof...
