5 /5 Julie Bentley: I’ve been attending PureGym Shirley since it was LA Fitness, and it has always been a great place to train. All of the staff are really friendly and welcoming. I have PT sessions with Gordon, who is very knowledgeable, really pushes you, and is great fun — a genuinely nice guy. I also do bootcamp and various classes, all of which are excellent. The trainers are motivating and create a great atmosphere. I always enjoy my workouts here. Highly recommend!

4 /5 Lee J: The gym is pretty decent, good equipment and plenty of it. Changing rooms require padlocks for the lockers, but space was okay overall. Showers were weak but reasonably clean. The toilets smelt pretty bad, so I avoided them. Value for money, pretty damn good overall.

5 /5 Jyoti Vara: The gym has a very friendly and vibrant atmosphere. Georgina is a very kind and supportive PT who makes you feel very comfortable especially as a newcomer. She has a great personality which makes coming to the gym fun and I love attending her pump classes. She always inspires me to push to the maximum and gives me courage to believe in myself.

5 /5 Michelle Greenhalgh: Love this place…. Especially Gordan, I train regularly with him and do his bootcamp class… Gordan makes this place… his spin class I’ve ever been too!! He’s a legend…. Any challenge I give him, he pushes me to the next level & I smash every goal! Keeps me motivated, strong! I have come such a long way over the last year and I can’t wait for next year!!

5 /5 Jaz Mohoboob: I started my gym journey at Pure Gym Shirley. I was super nervous and didn’t have a clue what I was doing! That is until I started Gordon’s classes. The way he motivated me and pushed me, I had to get 121’s with him. Don’t get me wrong, he does push you PAST your limits but this is what I love about him! He isn’t just a personal trainer, he also became a friend along the way. He pushed me in ways I couldn’t push myself. From 80kg -> 63.5kg I think that’s a job well done! Without his support I wouldn’t be where I am today. Now I am confident in the gym, confident with different exercises and finally and most important is that I am comfortable within myself. Again, I couldn’t have done this without Gord. I highly recommend! If you want to get that booty and back popping, head his way!
