When I first met her almost two years ago, I literally couldn’t walk from the pain. A chiropractor had made my condition drastically worse, so bad that I was barely mobile and relying on painkillers just to get through the day. Aaliyah Da Silva What a lovely environment to be in! The team are all so joyful and attentive to whatever your needs may be. Highly recommended doing the Reformer Pilates even as a beginner! I also want to shout out Erica who was incredibly helpful & made me the most delicious protein shake. Will definitely be coming back.
